There has been an increased demand for specialized resin drying equipment when processing flakes in the production of preforms.

Customers experience increased difficulties during the drying process when using recycled material - for example:

• Discharge of condensation (oily substance)
• Increase contamination

Based on our long term experience and extensive development, Eisbär has provided specific solutions to overcome the issues. The results are specialized, customer specific oriented dryer solutions meeting todays customer demands.

Eisbär therfore has installed a newly developed process filter unit with a cyclone seperator. These units are now standard o all Eisbär drying systems (GDS Material Dryer, DP Drypack - Dryer and Dehumidifier).
